Morgans at Shamrock Farm

Rob’s mother-in-law sent the first Morgans for training in 1971 and within 2 years Rob had winning Park horses . Ashley and Ethan showed as well and both won numerous World Championships under saddle and in harness along with their parents:

Some of the famous Morgans shown under the Shamrock Banner are: HF Northborn, Noctourne’s Suzanne, Smithshire Larry Lynn, Downer Hill Dante, Raintree Replica, Shamrock How Sweet It Is, Shamrock Sunburst, Shamrock Seeker, Shamrock Sunlark, Wyandotte Sweet William. Hollands Sir William, Ransomvale Jamie, Moro Hill Marquis, Hiker Joy, Shamrock Leprechaum, National Anthem, Shamrock Seville, Shamrock Sunday, JW Gay Paree, JW Nobella, Ashwood Melissa, Nemours Noble Elegance.

In 2005 Rob and Ashley won the latest World Championship with 4 year old BLADE , bred, trained and owned by Ashley Taylor Wilson.

Now most of the Morgans are pasture ornaments ; retired and ridden on farm trails or bred occasionally. The oldest is 33 and the youngest is 4 years old. However, Raintree Replica has been bred to Shamrock How Sweet It Is once more for a repeat sibling to BLADE and WILD ANGEL.

Rob accepts quality Morgans for training and showing at the Nationals level. He is judging the Morgan Grand Nationals in 2006.
